We are looking for a passionate Software Testing Fresher to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure quality, performance, and reliability before release.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand software requirements and functional specifications
Design and execute test cases (manual testing)
Identify, report, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Collaborate with developers and senior testers to resolve issues
Prepare test reports and documentation
Learn and follow QA processes and best practices
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts
Understanding of SDLC & STLC
Knowledge of Manual Testing techniques
Basic understanding of Bug Life Cycle
Familiarity with test case design techniques
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Good to Have (Optional):
Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium)
Basic SQL knowledge
Familiarity with tools like JIRA / Bugzilla
Knowledge of any programming language (Java / Python)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
