Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team.

Location: Dehradun
Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor both structural and finishing activities as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams for timely project completion.
- Ensure work quality, safety standards, and project timelines are maintained.
- Track manpower, materials, and daily site progress.
- Maintain site reports and coordinate with management.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in both structural and finishing works.
- Candidate should have contractor-side experience only.
- Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere across North India.
- Strong communication, coordination, and site management skills.
