About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team in East Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential homebuyers, qualify leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in driving closures for premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and explain project details effectively
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions
- Update and manage lead data in CRM
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Achieve daily/weekly follow-up and lead conversion targets
Candidate Profile
- 6 Months–3 Years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of residential real estate preferred
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Familiarity with East Pune real estate market is an advantage
