Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, sports, and lifestyle-related conditions. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based treatment plans, educate patients, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Physiotherapists typically assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, deliver manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, educate patients, and monitor recovery progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and goals.
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Meet daily patient consultation and treatment targets.
- Participate in community health camps, workshops, and awareness programs.
- Assist in promoting physiotherapy services and patient retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred.
- Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (where applicable).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Orthopedic, Neurological, Sports, Pediatric, Geriatric, Women's Health, or Home Care Physiotherapy.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and electrotherapy modalities.
- Experience with digital patient management systems is an added advantage.
