Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Nagpur (On-site)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Development preferred)

Service Agreement / Bond Clause
The selected candidate will be required to sign a 1-year service agreement (bond) with the company from the date of joining. In case the employee leaves the organization before completion of the agreement period, they will be liable to fulfill the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
