Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations including loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per invoices and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, transporters, and sales teams for smooth dispatch activities.
- Monitor loading and unloading processes to ensure proper handling and safety of materials.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement details, and transportation documentation accurately.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch-related reports.
- Track dispatched materials and ensure proper documentation of inward and outward movement.
- Prepare and analyze dispatch MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Coordinate with transport vendors regarding vehicle availability and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of dispatch records and inventory movement.
- Handle dispatch-related issues and ensure timely resolution for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the dispatch area.
Required Skills:
- Good experience in loading and unloading operations.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel including reporting and data analysis.
- Good understanding of dispatch, logistics, and inventory coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
- Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in handling dispatch documentation and operational coordination is mandatory.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented work approach.
- Willingness to handle operational activities on the shop floor when required.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry dispatch operations.
