JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assist in preparing Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for all projects as per the QC & QA Standards.
- Preparation of detailed construction methodology for all activities.
- Assist in research & preparation of Quality assurance & Quality construction for new construction activities.
- Update & maintain all revisions and amendments in QC Manuals.
- Conduct monthly quality audits in all projects.
- Raise list of non-conformities to management and take necessary corrective actions.
- Conduct training program on maintenance of QAP, records, documentation & conduct site testing.
- To carryout internal / external testing / Lab operations as required.
- Coordinating in setting up all site laboratories, ensure record keeping.
- Coordinating with external test agencies for testing and maintaining all records.
- To carry out random inspections of material for construction work in conjunction with material / purchase / staff as required
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control documents for all projects.
- Assist in obtaining ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Ensure compliance of quality standards as per ISO standards.
- Instigate random inspections of material for construction work in conjunction with material / purchase / staff as required.
16. To visit sites for quality audit and quality assurance of building construction activities in compliance with applicable codes and/or specifications for all the civil, structural, electrical, mechanical or plumbing etc and with safety norms and regulation, on site quality assessment of construction materials, technical audit and compliance report preparation.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 to 6years, with industrial back ground with construction experience is must.
Salary can be fixed based on previous experience.
