We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive global positioning, messaging, and demand for FinnAxia, our flagship lending platform. This role will be pivotal in shaping how the product is perceived across India, Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Southeast Asia (SEA), working closely with product, sales, and regional teams.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in the banking domain, with strong exposure to enterprise SaaS marketing, solution positioning, and GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities include
A. Product Positioning & Messaging

Own and evolve FinnAxia’s value proposition across banks.

Craft region-specific messaging aligned to market maturity (India vs MEA vs SEA)
B. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product launches, upgrades, and regional expansion.

Partner with regional sales to create Partner with regional sales to create market entry strategies for key geographies

Align GTM with long sales cycles (12–18 months) typical of transaction banking platforms
C. Sales Enablement

Develop high-impact sales assets: pitch decks, battle cards, ROI calculators, case studies.

Support large deal pursuits with customized storytelling and solution positioning.

Train sales teams across regions on product narratives and differentiation
D. Demand Generation & Campaigns

Collaborate with demand gen teams to drive pipeline-building campaigns for both transformation for existing customers and GA releases for prospects.

Design account-based marketing (ABM) programs for product positioning in strategic accounts.

Leverage digital, events, partnerships, and analyst relations to build visibility
E. Market & Competitive Intelligence

Track competitor offerings (Newgen, Intellect, etc.) and build competitive intelligence frameworks

Identify market trends in transaction banking (global payables, global receivables, FSCM, liquidity management)

Translate insights into product and marketing strategies.
F. Customer & Analyst Engagement

Develop compelling customer success product stories and testimonials.

Work with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IBSi, etc.) to strengthen positioning.

Represent the product in industry forums, events, and thought leadership platforms
G. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing

Influence product roadmap based on market feedback and regional needs
Requirement
10+ years in product marketing / solution marketing in banking domain.

Strong experience in transaction banking platforms.

Prior experience in companies like Intellect Design, China Systems, Newgen etc.

Proven track record in global markets (India, MEA, SEA)

Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and banking buyers

Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
