About us: Sarvoham is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for animals in Bangalore, India. It was established in April 2017 whose mission is to 'Rescue, Shelter, Protect & Rehome.' Currently Sarvoham is home to 200+ dogs, many of whom were abandoned, lost or too old to survive by themselves.
What are we looking?
We are looking for a young and energetic person who loves and cares for street dogs and who is customer oriented.
Typical Task:
- Attending to animal rescue and distress call and dispatching the ambulance on priority basis;
- Update the pet owners on the status of the ambulance until the animal is picked up;
- Maintaining the data of the pet owners and pet rescued in RMS such as rescue calls, animal rescued details etc.;
- Helping pet owners to understand on the help line number IVR queries;
- Entering details of the pet owners and the animal in the medical treatment record and passing on to the medical team;
- Scheduling the ambulance for release of the recovered pets; and any other tasks assigned;
- Following up on the unattended rescues until the animal has received help and closing of the case;
- Requesting for google reviews from the hot reporters;

- Strong communication in English, Kannada and Hindi (Verbal & Written)

- Graduate in any discipline

Offer Summary:
- Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month
- Work Shifts: 9 hrs (Incl. 1 hour break)
- Work Days: 6 days a week
- Work Location: JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bangalore
