- Update doctors on new clinical evidence and product launches.
3. Prescription Generation
- Increase prescriptions for promoted brands.
- Maintain and grow prescriptions from existing customers.
4. Chemist (Retail Pharmacy) Coverage
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies.
5. Stockist Management
- Ensure adequate inventory with distributors.
- Process primary orders.
- Monitor secondary sales and stock movement.
6. Sales Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
7. Territory Management
