Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Corporate Relations Manager to lead corporate partnerships, strengthen industry relationships, and manage placement and corporate engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and corporate partners.
- Identify new corporate tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
- Lead placement and recruitment coordination with companies.
- Manage corporate meetings, recruitment drives, internships, and industry visits.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate network.
- Coordinate with HR teams and industry professionals for hiring requirements.
- Plan and conduct corporate events, seminars, workshops, and guest sessions.
- Negotiate and manage corporate partnerships and agreements.
- Track corporate engagement, placements, and partnership outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate the corporate relations team.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
- Represent the organization in meetings and corporate events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, placements, HR, or a related field.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and events.
