Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound voice operations. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries by following established workflows while collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer support calls efficiently.
- Adhere to approved organizational workflows to resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborate actively with team members to maintain high service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Prior experience in a BPO environment is highly desirable. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced professionals across any industry.
- Language Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in multiple regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, or Malayalam) is strongly preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone with customers.
- Location: Candidates must reside within a 20km radius of Tirunelveli Junction.
