Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Lightning technologies, Apex, integrations, and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements
- Develop scalable custom applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and Process Builder automation
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external enterprise applications
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during the SDLC
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools such as:
- Change Sets
- Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- VS Code
- Git
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Good knowledge of governor limits and platform optimization
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
