Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Assistant to support daily operations at Raj Hearing Centre. The candidate should be organized, polite, and able to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain records and basic documentation
- Perform billing and data entry tasks
Requirements:
- computer knowledge (MS Word and Excel)
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Polite and responsible attitude
- Freshers can also apply
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
