Work Mode: Work From Office (Hyderabad)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 Hours)
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to drive admissions for our online school programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, a persuasive approach, and prior experience in school or online education admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students about our online school programs.
- Handle admission inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Make a minimum of 60–70 connected calls per day.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission targets (minimum 10 admissions).
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in school admissions or online school admissions (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.
