We are building a strong digital presence and are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth, engagement, and lead generation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of Story Mantra and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Story Mantra’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
- Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form content
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Campaign & Lead Generation
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL) and conversions
- Create landing page briefs and collaborate with design/tech teams
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
Content & Branding
- Work closely with content and design teams to create:
- Ad creatives
- Social media visuals
- Promotional content
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
Growth & Innovation
- Identify new growth channels and marketing opportunities
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Suggest innovative strategies for audience acquisition and retention
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Experience with tools like:
- Canva / Adobe tools
- Google Analytics
- Marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of funnels and lead generation strategies
Pay: ₹10,046.91 - ₹15,043.97 per month
Work Location: In person
