Roles & Responsibilities:
Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments including:
o Windows Server 2019
o Windows Server 2025
Manage and maintain enterprise Print Server infrastructure.
Configure and manage printers, print queues, print policies, and driver deployments.
Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Monitor server health, performance, storage, and system availability.
Troubleshoot server, printing, and infrastructure-related issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
Support Active Directory-integrated server and print services.
Manage server security, access controls, and compliance activities.
Perform backup validation and disaster recovery support activities.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and support teams.
Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments.
