Job Summary
The role involves managing inventory operations to ensure accurate stock availability, efficient warehouse coordination, and seamless order fulfillment across multiple business channels. The Inventory Management Executive will work closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize stock movement, and support uninterrupted business operations.
The candidate will also be expected to leverage AI-powered tools and inventory management systems to improve stock visibility, automate routine inventory processes, generate analytical reports, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels.
- Track inward and outward stock movements while ensuring accurate inventory records.
- End-to-end procurement and purchasing in international and domestics
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for both domestic and international sourcing..
- Monitor inventory for e-commerce platforms
- Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Track purchase orders, supplier performance, and delivery schedules to ensure timely procurement. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and documentation standards.
- Use AI tools and inventory management software to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and stock control.
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, material movement, and warehouse documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, and formulas).
- Familiarity with ERP, Inventory Management Systems (IMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical and analytical & decision making skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for reporting and process automation is an added advantage.
Education
Graduate from any discipline.
Compensation
- Internship Stipend: ₹15,000 per month.
- For experienced candidates, salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and skill set.
- Internship Duration: 12 Months.
- Post Internship Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA CTC (Based on Performance).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
