We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support our educators in creating an engaging and child-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate should share our vision of encouraging curiosity, independence, and self-directed learning among children.
REQUIREMENTS
- Any Bachelor’s Degree can apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, assistant teaching, preschool, kindergarten, daycare, or any child related educational environment.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and responsible personality.
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Montessori-inspired teaching methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
