Job Summary
GDK Techyspot LLP is looking for passionate and experienced AI Trainers to deliver high-quality AI education through our add-on courses offered to colleges. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and prior teaching experience. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging online and offline sessions, mentoring students, and supporting them throughout their learning journey, including academic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI training programs in both offline and online (live) modes.
- Create and record high-quality video lectures for self-paced learning.
- Conduct classes based on the college's curriculum and schedule.
- Design and update course content, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students in AI-related academic and final-year projects.
- Provide technical guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Prepare course completion reports and student progress updates.
- Travel to colleges whenever offline sessions are scheduled.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, AI Agents, and AI tools.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students in AI-related subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience in creating learning materials and recorded video content.
- Willingness to travel for offline training programs.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
- Industry experience in AI projects is an added advantage.
- Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar tools.
- Experience with GitHub and cloud AI platforms is preferred.
