Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in industrial and institutional facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining utilities, building services, and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain DG sets, Air Conditioners (AC), HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other utility equipment.
- Carry out basic plumbing and civil maintenance work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime by following preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain maintenance records and adhere to all safety procedures.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BE / Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1–3 years in Facility Maintenance
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- PF & ESI as per statutory norms
