Job Summary
The R&D Lab Chemist is responsible for conducting laboratory testing, material analysis, product development, and research activities to support innovation and process improvement initiatives. The role involves performing chemical analyses, maintaining laboratory records, and assisting in the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical, physical, and analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Assist in research and development projects related to new products, materials, coatings, and manufacturing processes.
- Perform laboratory experiments, trials, and evaluations as per project requirements.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports, observations, and recommendations.
- Support product validation, qualification, and process improvement activities.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and research documentation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory instruments.
- Assist in root cause analysis of product quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams during product development and testing activities.
- Follow laboratory safety practices, chemical handling procedures, and environmental regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
