Job Description
ARK Infosoft is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Search candidate profiles on job portals and social media platforms.
- Shortlist candidates according to company requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in HR software/Odoo.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Prepare and update recruitment reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
