Role Overview:
We are seeking a Programmatic Specialist for an exciting role that requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. Need to support Global clients and account Managers of our Media Solutions team.

- Successfully managing day-to-day performance of campaigns across different DSPs including but not limited to just one of the major DSP (DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP and TTD)

Ideating successful audience segmentation aimed at reaching a client goal

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, evaluating performance signals, and making data-backed decisions that drive outcomes.

Working with agency team to develop best-in-class solutions based on available tech

Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and explain platform behavior to stakeholders

Understands and can describe bottom-up planning, how client goals and KPI’s to platform activation strategies/tactics across the funnel.

A passion for staying updated on platform updates, new features, and industry trends to inform testing and innovation

Leads being a 1st time people manager role are expected to take on early level people management tasks along with project management. Similarly Specialists are expected to play a similar role of being the project lead along with being the SME (Subject Matter Expert) of programmatic
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

A full-time graduate degree
-
Overall 5 to 8 years of experience towards Digital advertising, with 4+ yrs. of relevant experience in managing programmatic campaigns for large clients

Proven track record of working on min. 2 of the major DSPs (DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP and TTD)

Strong command of campaign setup, pacing management, performance optimization, and troubleshooting technical or delivery issues across multiple DSPs and ad servers

Proficiency in data analysis with strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas) and experience consolidating multi-source data for reporting, dashboards or automations

Working knowledge of brand-safety tools (IAS, DV, Channel Factory) and ability to ensure safe, compliant campaign delivery.

Expert knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms for large-scale clients. Supply side experience will be a plus.

Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics
