We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy MIS Executive to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, creating and maintaining dashboards, setting up operational systems, and ensuring data accuracy across business functions. The role requires strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, along with the ability to streamline processes and support business decision-making through data analysis.
The candidate should have a strong interest in AI tools and automation, with the ability to leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other productivity tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. As a startup environment demands versatility, the selected candidate will work closely with different departments and contribute to building scalable systems and processes.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Operations, or Data Management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to convert manual processes into structured systems.
