Job Title: Junior Inside Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Inside Sales Manager / Sales Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales operations. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers or candidates with limited experience who want to build a career in B2B sales, IT services, consulting, or SaaS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases.
- Generate leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and basic online research.
- Identify customer interest and capture preliminary requirements.
- Share qualified leads with senior sales team members.
2. Follow-ups & Meeting Coordination
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales members.
- Maintain call logs and follow-up trackers.
3. Sales Operations Support
- Update lead details accurately in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Track daily calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing basic sales reports.
4. Proposal & Documentation Assistance
- Share standard company presentations and brochures.
- Assist in collecting basic client information for proposals.
- Coordinate internally for document sharing and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic to good).
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.
- Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel).
- Willingness to learn sales processes.
- Positive attitude and discipline.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
- Freshers can apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls per day.
- Leads generated and qualified.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Accuracy of CRM/Excel data.
