Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and sound effects.
- Colour correct and enhance videos for a professional finish.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in video editing (internship, freelance, or full-time).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- A portfolio or sample work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing social media content.
- Basic motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of colour grading.
- Familiarity with AI editing tools is a plus.
