MAAD Concepts is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural and construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong planning, execution, and project monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare and track project documentation, estimates, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
