Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Site Manager to lead our operations at our client plant facility in Chakan, Pune, India. This position is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational activities related to vehicle accessory installation, long-term maintenance services, and scanner system operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
The Site Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, working closely with our customer while managing the workforce, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the facility.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Approximately INR 50,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
As Site Manager, you will provide operational leadership and ensure the successful execution of all activities at the client facility.

Lead all daily site operations related to accessory installation, maintenance services, and production support.

Manage operational teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.

Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and operational excellence principles.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, QHSE standards, and company procedures.

Act as the primary operational contact for the customer on-site.

Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Quality to support operational success.

Manage workforce planning, reporting, documentation, and resource allocation.

Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
The Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production support, operational discipline, and exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking experienced operational leaders who combine technical knowledge with strong leadership capabilities. Ideal candidates will bring:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Logistics is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, production, industrial operations, or automotive logistics.

Experience working in production line environments within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in Marathi and English.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to build and develop high-performing operational teams.
Candidates residing in or near Pune are strongly preferred.
