Responsibilities:
- Conduct AI-assisted market and company research to identify high-potential leads and partners
- Build and maintain structured lead databases (ICP-based targeting, not random lists)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to:
- Generate outreach angles
- Personalize messaging
- Extract insights from prospects
- Craft high-quality personalized outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Support lead qualification calls (discovery-level conversations)
- Assist in pre-sales documentation (proposals, summaries, positioning)
- Work with leadership to refine targeting strategy and outreach experiments
- Track metrics:
- Outreach → response rate
- Response → meeting rate
- Meeting → qualified lead
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar)
- Continuously improve outreach using feedback loops
Skill & Qualification Requirements:
Mandatory
- MBA in Business Administration (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Core Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Ability to break down problems and research independently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
