Homzinterio is looking for a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Project Manager to join our interior design and execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interior fit-out projects, coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensuring that all site activities are completed according to quality standards, project timelines, and budget requirements the Interior Site Engineer will play a key role in translating design concepts into reality by overseeing day-to-day site operations, monitoring work progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining smooth communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Project Management
Manage daily site activities for residential interior projects
Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor timelines and ensure timely project completion
Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports
Client Coordination
Act as the site-level point of contact for clients
Provide regular project updates
Address site-related concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction
Handover & Closure
Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectifications
Coordinate final inspections and project handover
Support documentation required for project closure
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of residential interior execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
* B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design only
Experience
3-10 years of experience in residential interior site execution
Experience in turnkey interior projects preferred
