About HarmonySuite:
HarmonySuite is a modern society and community management platform designed to simplify operations for residential societies, gated communities, and property management teams. The platform includes billing, visitor management, complaints, accounting, communication, maintenance tracking, and digital society operations.
Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and professional Business Development Associates (Male / Female ) to help expand HarmonySuite across residential societies and communities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, onboarding coordination, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for HarmonySuite SaaS platform
- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with housing societies and committee members
- Build relationships with society chairpersons, secretaries, and management committees
- Coordinate onboarding and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates regularly
- Work closely with support and onboarding teams during client activation
- Achieve monthly business development and conversion targets
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS/software platforms is an advantage
- Confidence in client interaction and presentations
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- Knowledge of residential society operations is an advantage
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred/ Undergraduate
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
- Prior experience in sales, business development, real estate, or SaaS sales is a plus
