We’re looking for a Social Media & Client Coordination Executive who can be the bridge between creativity and communication.
This role requires someone who can confidently handle client interactions, track project progress, gather insights, and maintain an active digital presence for the firm.
- Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Track trends, Collect Technical Data and Pics from Colleges & Create creatives design and contained for posting in social platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and grow the community organically.
- Maintain monthly reports and analytics to improve performance
- Coordination with website developers for updating websites.
- Collect feedback, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless client experience
- Document minutes of meetings and share actionable updates with the team
- Market Research & Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest in content, marketing, and social media trends
- Keep tabs on competitor strategies and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in social media handling/client coordination (Freshers with relevant internships may apply)
- Excellent communication and people skills—written and verbal
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a creative environment
- Familiarity with tools like Canvas, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
