Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, and employees professionally
- Manage incoming calls and route them to concerned departments
- Maintain visitor log book and issue visitor passes
- Handle courier, mail, and dispatch records
- Coordinate between HR, Admin, and Security departments
- Maintain Work wears PPE supplies and inventory records
- Support HR during audits and inspections
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi )
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Multitasking ability
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
