The Opportunity
Grace Realty and Services is looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive who specializes in the "big ticket" land market. We deal in lifestyle investments—premium farmlands and farmhouse plots.

Core Responsibilities
- Identify & Close: Target and convert High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and land investors.
- Showcase Value: Conduct site visits and articulate the long-term appreciation and lifestyle benefits of our land projects.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to final registration/documentation.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: Experience in real estate (specifically land or plotting) is highly preferred.
- Network: An existing database or the ability to penetrate investor circles.
- Self-Drive: You are a hunter who thrives on autonomy and performance-based results.

Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹42,355.92 per month
