Job Summary
We are looking to connect with experienced US Healthcare Recruiters and Sourcers for freelance recruitment assignments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for the US healthcare, clinical, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or allied healthcare sectors.
This opportunity is suitable for independent recruiters, freelance sourcers, and staffing professionals looking to take on additional recruitment assignments with flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for US healthcare and life sciences requirements.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, compensation, location, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification calls.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.
- Submit suitable profiles within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/account team on active requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring requirements.
- Ensure professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Experience
- Prior experience in US staffing or US recruitment is required.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, clinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences positions is strongly preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and major US job boards.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Ability to work with deadlines and recruitment targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of US recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.
- Previous experience with a US staffing or recruitment company is an advantage.
- Existing candidate network within healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
- Experience working remotely or on freelance recruitment assignments is preferred.
