Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer – Civil to handle project billing, quantity verification, BOQ management, and client billing for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil quantities, measurements, contract billing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client and contractor RA Bills and final bills.
- Verify site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Review BOQs, rate analysis, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for work progress.
- Track project quantities, variations, and change orders.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and work executed.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain billing records and project documentation.
- Assist in project cost monitoring and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
