Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Nursing In-Charge / Deputy Nursing In-Charge to oversee nursing operations and ensure high standards of patient care, nursing practices, staff coordination, and departmental efficiency at our upcoming Woman & Child Care Hospital in Raipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations.
- Ensure quality and safe patient care across assigned departments.
- Manage nursing staff deployment, duty rosters, attendance, and workflow.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and infection-control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other clinical departments for effective patient care.
- Guide, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally.
- Maintain nursing documentation and ensure accurate records.
- Monitor availability and appropriate use of nursing supplies and equipment.
- Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with In-Charge / Deputy In-Charge experience with more than 2 years in a supervisory role are preferred.
