Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect based in Chennai. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, creating and reviewing architectural designs, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements while complying with relevant codes and standards. The professional will also contribute to the review and preparation of project submittals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience managing BIM workflows and tools
- Proven expertise in Architecture and creating accurate Architectural Drawings
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and handling Submittals
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other modeling or design software
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse project teams
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
