- Lead and direct the culinary team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff.
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen personnel.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high standards of food quality and service
- Manage food costing, controls, and compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient food procurement.
