Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in an advertising agency environment. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across creative, digital, and integrated marketing services.The ideal candidate understands agency workflows, pitching processes, retainers, project-based engagements, and client servicing dynamics.
Required skills & qualifications
Mandatory
- Strong understanding of agency services
- Experience in pitch processes, campaign-based projects and handling retainers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in pitching to mid-large brands or corporate clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal documentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams.
