Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager – Sales with 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within the education or EdTech sector. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new school partnerships, managing key stakeholder relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem, and the ability to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies. The candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel and relationship management across schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive new customer acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding schools
● Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, management teams, and principals.
● Conduct product demonstrations
● Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
● Ensure timely renewals of existing school partnerships
● Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product.
● Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking through CRM systems.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
● Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
● Represent Qubits at educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the school segment/sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and relationships within schools and educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage territories effectively, and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
