Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, generate qualified leads, and schedule counseling sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Academic Counseling team.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth conversions.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales (Freshers can also apply).
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
