Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads through various sources
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers
· Explain and pitch products/services clearly and effectively
· Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
· Handle customer queries and objections professionally
· Achieve and exceed sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Fluency in Bengali (mandatory) and Hindi
· Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic telesales
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidates:
· Candidates with prior experience in domestic sales
· Fresher’s with strong sales knowledge or relevant exposure are welcome to apply
