Role Objective
To support the Founder by managing schedules, communication, and follow-ups, ensuring nothing critical is missed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Call & Communication Management
Handle and filter incoming calls
Prioritize and route communication effectively
2. Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage meetings, appointments, and daily schedule
Ensure efficient planning and avoid conflicts
3. Task Tracking & Follow-ups
Track tasks and commitments
Ensure timely follow-ups and execution
4. Coordination Across Teams
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
Ensure smooth communication and alignment
5. Documentation & Organization
Maintain records, notes, and key documents
Prepare basic reports when required
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in EA / Admin / Coordination roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
Proactive, reliable, and professional.
