Job Summary
Maria Group is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure efficient stock management. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records, including inward and outward entries, stock registers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor stock movement, damaged goods, and product returns.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Prepare stock reports and MIS reports for management.
- Handle dispatch documentation and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Follow company inventory policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Plus Two, Any Degree, or Diploma in Logistics/Inventory Management.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management are preferred.
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Gender: Male/Female.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).
