We're a growing company in Jaipur seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive top talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles using multiple platforms and internal databases.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines, conduct reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and optimize strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote diversity in hiring.
- Looking for Male or female candidates.
Qualifications
- Graduate (in any stream).
- Any person with prior experience in HR recruiting will be given priority. (6-12 month's)
