Client Acquisition Executive – Placement Services
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to develop new business opportunities for our placement services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying companies with current and upcoming manpower requirements, connecting with HR teams and decision-makers, and introducing our recruitment and placement services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential companies across different industries for placement requirements.
- Connect with HR teams and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct visits.
- Understand client manpower requirements, job roles, qualifications, experience, salary range, and location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with clients regarding open positions and hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/placement team to share suitable candidate profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews, selection updates, and joining formalities with clients and candidates.
- Maintain proper records of client details, requirements, follow-ups, interviews, and placements.
- Develop new client accounts and generate regular placement opportunities.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and placement-related targets.
- Collect client feedback and ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare regular reports on client acquisition, requirements, interviews, and placements.
- Travel to client offices and industrial areas as required to meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and develop new business opportunities.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years of Experience required
Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills, client handling, negotiation, follow-up, basic computer knowledge, and willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
