Position: Office Assistant
Location: Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Palakkad dist(Tattamangalam, Kollengode & Pallavur)
Qualification
- B.Com. (Mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration is preferred.
- Freshers with accounting and computer skills may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence.
- Handle data entry and maintain digital records.
- Coordinate with school departments and administrative staff.
- Support payroll, statutory compliance, Fee related tasks, Accounting and office-related documentation as assigned.
- Attend phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements
- Age: Preferably below 40 years.
- Must be willing to travel for official duties whenever required.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Salary
As per school norms and candidate's qualifications and experience.
