We are looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Receptionist who can create a welcoming experience for every visitor and assist customers in finding the right products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, visitors, architects, interior designers, and business associates with a warm and professional attitude.
- Understand customers' requirements and guide them to the appropriate department or sales executive based on their product needs.
- Provide basic information about the company's products, brands, and showroom layout.
- Ensure every customer is attended to promptly and receives an excellent showroom experience.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times.
- Receive and manage courier deliveries, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales, billing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional while handling multiple customers.
